I’m a 23 (almost 24 thank God because I hate odd numbers) year old gal living in Texas married to my best friend and high school sweetheart (if you can call it that since technically we didn’t go to the same school). We just celebrated our second anniversary. We are the lucky parents to three wonderfully adorable fur babies. Juno is a six year old dachshund. She’s a crotchety old woman. Mila is the obnoxious cat who I love to hate or hate to love either way. She drives me nuts, but there are moments where I can’t deal with how funny she is. Kona is our newest babe. She’s a giant baby. Not even a year old yet and she’s nearing 50 pounds. Kona is a mix between a Great Pyrenees and Lab, but I’m bound and determined she is all lab in looks but all Great Pyr in love and adoration.
As for me, I’m an owl loving lady. I am and always will be in the education field. Currently I work in a special education classroom at an elementary. I’m working on my full teaching certification, so Lord willing I’ll be teaching my own classroom within the next couple of years.
My husband and I just bought our first home in my hometown. It’s been strange living in the town that I was dying to leave when I was in high school. But after living in Dallas/Ft. Worth for over two years I have come to appreciate the small town feel. Now we are a quick 30 minute drive from Austin which is where my heart really belongs. But I don’t have to compete with the traffic daily.
So this is me, and I would be happy to talk to anyone of you. My ask box is always open.
